The school was established in 1979 as a Junior Secondary School and was transformed into a full Senior High in 1984. It is located 12km from the Akosombo dam and 14kms from the iconic Adomi Bridge. Adjena is one of the resettlement towns of Volta River Authority (VRA).
Vision
To transform the school into a first class institution, that is dedicated to the full development of the learners in particular and the community in which the school exists.
