Bankoman Senior High was established in as a Community Day Secondary school to provide secondary education for the students of Banko and the surrounding villages. It collapsed on three occasions until 2012 when it was absorbed into the Public system. The school is situated on about 90-acres land at Banko in the Sekyere Kumawu District of Ashanti Region. Unfortunately, there is no dormitory on the campus and students are living at a community Centre in town and have to be conveyed every morning to the school.
To effectively utilise the limited resources available to teaching and non-teaching staff and other facilities to promote teaching and learning and also to provide requisite training to our students through fanfares, exhibition, sports and others to develop their capabilities at all levels of life.
To be one of the best schools par excellence and promoting holistic education.
