Following the withdrawal of Don Bosco Technical institute from the public educational system, the municipal directorate for education had no option than to find an accommodation for the students who were going to be without a school. After several meetings and consultations, Ashaiman Technical Vocational institute was born on the 18th of September, 2018. The students are now housed in a basic school premises, awaiting the completion of the E-block structure initiated by the President Mahama administration.
