Twene Amanfo Senior High Technical was established on January 11, 1930, the School has gone through several metamorphoses as Primary, Middle, Continuation Middle between 1960 and 1965, an Experimental JSS in 1981, a Senior High School in 1981, and then a Senior High/Technical School in 1986.
