The school is a Government assisted school funded in 1987. It is located on a leveled ground 30 metres from the foot of the highest peak in Ghana called Mt. Afadja in the Volta Region. It is the only school serving the Gbledi, Fodome, Wli and Liati Traditional areas.
Mission
The school seeks to equip young men and women with sound and relevant training as well as pretertiary education.

To be the centre to provide quality academic and moral up-bringing of boys and girls, producing a crop of youth with integrity, intelligence and physical health, that would enable them develop their potentials in relevant skills and professions
