The Lady Fatimah Girls Senior High School was established by the Islamic University College, Ghana in 2015 with the aim of providing quality and affordable secondary education to Muslim girls, in particular, and deprived/marginalized girls in Ghana and other West African countries.

The school has been registered with the Registrar General’s Department and Ghana Education Service (GES), respectively, as a private SHS to mount General Arts and Business programmes in the meantime
